Canyon State Wireless, Inc. is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Tucson, AZ

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Parts and Service Specialist to manage a complex inventory for a leading RF/LMR engineering company including emergency vehicle upfitting serving Arizona, surrounding states and nationwide. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations.Serves as the first point of contact for customer service requests, schedules service calls and work requests for the RF Engineer, RF Technicians and Emergency Vehicle Upfitters. Cooperates with Engineering, AP/AR Departments and Sales to ensure project management and sales goals are streamlined through effective ordering, supply, and inventory management.

Duties:

Three distinct but related technical inventories compromising RF infrastructure, RF Subscriber Equipment and Automotive vehicle upfitting are the responsibility of this position. The Parts and Service Specialist will control physical inventory, inventory software, ordering specialized electronics and automotive parts and managing vendor ordering portals, Equipment repair tracking. Assist administrative manager with shipping and receiving.

- Procure parts from suppliers and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with OEMs for part orders and deliveries
- Manage logistics for incoming and outgoing parts shipments
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external clients

-Occasional fieldwork or deliveries may be required. Valid DL, clean driving record.

Skills:

- Proficiency in procurement management and supplier relations
- Experience in logistics coordination for efficient part deliveries
- Familiarity with vehicle upfitting is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing terms
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
